Custom DA Page Help- Will Draw in Return

My attempt in coding my own DA page has failed miserably, and I am seeking out to other people for them to help code for me instead. In return, I will draw them whatever it is that they wish~! Its mainly on how to input custom page background properly and overlaying it with graphics, buttons and such.
